Call Hotline Filing: If you have questions regarding deed restrictions or if you wish to lodge a complaint about a violation that falls within the listed categories of restrictions enforced by the City, please call the Deed Restriction Hotline at 832-393-6333, or if you wish to lodge a written complaint, please print out and complete the Deed Restriction Complaint Form http://www.houstontx.gov/legal/dr-complaint.pdf and mail it to:

Where can I obtain the deed restrictions?
Residents may obtain a copy of deed restrictions for their subdivision from the County Clerk of the county in which they reside. Each county charges a nominal fee for copies of deed restrictions. Harris County residents should contact:
